Feast of the Blessed Consumption

Nothing says love more than a pound of coffee beans in the mail.

Last week in pal gal Anni's online journal I read a reference to Peet's Italian Roast. I presumed that it was some kind of Mediterranean roast beef recipe. She quickly clarified my mistaken notion by sending me a pound of the most amazing, strong, yet creamy, smooth coffee I have ever had the pleasure to imbibe - and remarkably jag-free. I'm on my 5th day of its blessed consumption. Thanks Anni!
